The Domaine Jean-Louis and Fabienne MANN, named after its winemakers, cultivate 8.7 hectares around Eguisheim, a beautiful medieval village. Certified Organic Agriculture since 2008, takes the greatest care in the vineyard and respects the land: plowing, weed and composting to promote microbial and bacterial activity in the soil.
