The Rin du Bois estate, whose name comes from the Solognot dialect and which means "the edge of the wood", is located in the southwest of the Paris Basin, in the Loire -et- Chère. Located about twenty kilometres from Blois, this 18-hectare terroir is surrounded by castles such as the Loire, Chambord and Cheverny.
For several years now, this estate has been practising sustainable cultivation with the aim of offering products that are more environmentally friendly and have no impact on health (if consumed in moderation), for example by eliminating the use of chemical weedkillers and using products that respect the fauna and flora.
