The Chateau Bellegrave is located south of Pauillac, between Chateaux Latour, Pichon-Longueville and Lynch-Bages. The château is currently run by the Boudy family's sons, Ludovic and Julien. The vineyard covers 8.3 hectares of vines and belongs to the parcels of the AOC Pauillac. It is composed of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot and 7% Cabernet Franc. As the name of the estate indicates, the soil is composed of Garonne gravel that promotes drainage and returns to the grapes the heat accumulated during the day.
