Orders are shipped within 48 hours. The average delivery time is 3 working days. We handle the transport with a dedicated offer to the wine sector to ensure you the best possible delivery conditions.
You will be kept informed of the progress of the shipment by email.

In order to be transparent with our customers, we decided to apply a single rate depending on the country of delivery.
For France (Chronopost) : 14,90€ TTC. Offer at 150€ purchase. PICK-UP IN STORE - FREE
Europe Zone 1 : Allemagne, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Belgique : 24€ for 6 bottles, 39,80€ for12 bottles 54€ for18 bottles, 60€ for 24 bottles (maximum)
Europe Zone 2 : Autriche, Danemark, Espagne, Grèce, Italie, Portugal : 29€ for 6 bottles, 45€ for 12 bottles, 59€ for 18 bottles, 72€ for 24 bottles (maximum)

DIRECT DELIVERY FROM WINERY
We have specific partnerships with some producers to do direct sales to the winery. In this case we do not have the wines in stock and we ship the orders directly from the winery. We then apply a shipping fee for each winery. You can mix the wines of the same winemaker and pay only one shipping fee. However, if you add the wines of another winemaker, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee.
To recognize the wines that are shipped directly from the property, you will find the mention "Direct delivery producer" above the button "add to cart" of each product page. UPS relay point and free in-store pick-up delivery modes are not available.
You can have the wine directly produced delivered to one of our stores. We will keep the order until you come to pick it up. In this case, simply fill in the address of the shop La Cave VIGNAPART chosen.
If you are absent during the passage of the delivery :
The delivery person will contact you to arrange an appointment. If you are absent on the day of delivery, it will deposit a notice of passage in your mailbox so that you can arrange either another appointment-you, or to come and remove the order directly in a relay point at your convenience near you.
In case of incident:
You are required to check packages carefully during delivery so that you can immediately issue any reservations to the carrier. You have 8 days to send us a claim to our customer service. Please contact us promptly in case of an incident. Do not accept damaged packages. Vignapart will not be liable if you accept damaged packages.
We ensure that the wine boxes are packed in accordance with the standards imposed by their carrier.
