The vineyard extends over a large heterogeneity of plots from the Piedmont of the Massif Central to the flanks of the Pyrenees. The historic province is a veritable museum of the history of grape varieties. More than twenty vineyards coexist in order to discover these terroirs and produce both mostly dry and sweet white wine such as sauvignon, muscadelle, ugni blanc, menseng, ect as red with malbec, merlot, dura, cabarnet-sauvignon .. These grape varieties give the wines accents of authenticity and inimitable typicity which have succeeded in seducing experts and amateurs alike
