Domaine Eric Thill

It was during the fall of 2007 that Bérengère and Éric Thill decided to settle in the Jura. Both, passionate about viticulture then decided to start a vineyard operation a few months later on a surface of 2.80 ha composed of 1.1 ha of Chardonnay, 1 ha of Savagnin and 0.70 ares of Poulsard. 3 years later they almost completely double their surface and pass organic certification. Éric Thill, Alsatian, strives to cultivate and treat his vines while respecting his origins. This is why its wines are largely single-varietal and that their viticulture aims to be as respectful of nature as possible. They therefore produce chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot noir, Poulsard with love, respect for the terroir and grape variety as well as for the environment.
