Domaine Stoeffle

The Stoeffler Estate is a family vineyard covering 16 ha. Committed to caring for its vineyard in the respect of nature, he has been practising sustainable agriculture since 1990. The entire vineyard has been cultivated organically since 2000, certified Ecocert in 2002. Biodynamic preparations have been applied since 2009. Vincent Stoeffel's goal is that each of his wines expresses the terroir that gave birth to it, its typicity and nobility. He favours balance, structure and concentration of flavours in his wines to prove that the Great Alsace wines are wines for laying down.
