Domaine Haut Fongrive
The Château Haut-Fongrive, owes its name to the locality of Haut-Fontgrive. It is located at the highest point of the Dordogne. This vineyard of 10 hectares, with Bergerac denomination, is now run by Doriane Dublanc and Julien Boucher with the ambition of making biodynamic (the vineyard is certified organic (AB) since 2009).
Grape : Muscadelle 60%, Vieux sémillon 40%
Palate: : soft and mineral attack, curvature, intense aromas of candied fruits
Grape : Muscadelle 90%, Sauvignon Blanc 10%
Palate: : soft and mineral attack, fruity, aromas of pink grapefruit and vine peach, fruity and fresh length
Grape : Merlot 100%
Palate: : fresh and supple attack, fruity, slightly sweetened, aromas strawberries " Tagada ", by litchi and by dough of quince, fruity & fresh finale
