Domaine Léon Boesch

Since 1640, the estate located in the Vallée Noble has been cultivating its vines at the foot of the Petit Ballon, in a protected environment with ideal climatic conditions. Fully farmed using Demeter-certified biodynamics, the 14.5-hectare vineyard is carefully tended to express the unique character of each plot. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, and the winemaking process favors gentle methods: slow pressing, natural fermentations, and aging in old oak casks or barrels. The only additive used is a small amount of sulfur to preserve the wines. The estate’s emblem, a braided-straw cellar door, reflects ancestral craftsmanship unique to the valley. Since 2010, a new underground bioclimatic cellar has housed the wines and carried on the family spirit of the estate.
