The opinion of Vignapart : " This Savignin Cuvée Romane from the Eric thill estate is a complex white wine, rich in fruity and sweet aromas. The finish on notes of apples balances perfectly well with a slightly dry appetizer, a perfect blend for accompany eggs or lasagna with goat cheese"

Description

Eric and Berengère Thill chose the Jura to start their viniculture. He is Alsatian and passionate about wine and the vine since he was little, so he strives to work as close to the vine and that is why the majority of these wines are single-headed. . It was out of love for the vine and wine that they settled in 2009 in the Côtes du Jura. Together they farm in certified organic agriculture (ECOCERT) 5.20 hectares of old vines in South Revermont. The grape varieties are: 3.15 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of white Savagnin, 60 ares of Poulsard, and 35 ares of Pinot noir. Since 2019, new plots have emerged with 40 ares of Trousseau, 18 ares of Chardonnay and 15 ares of Trousseau to come. Their cellar is located in the town of Trenal, 5 km from Lons le Saunier.
