The Château Haut-Chaigneau was purchased in 1967 by André and Jeanine Chatonnet, it is located in Néac, on the route of the pilgrimage to St Jacques de Compostelle, between the Pomerol and Saint Emilion appellations. It consists of 30 hectares of vines. It is mainly composed of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, to produce superb blended wines, among the most renowned in the region.
