The opinion of VIGNAPART :"The "Combe Bazin" cuvée from the Rougeot estate is a white Burgundy wine with a lively and powerful character that will go well with fish, cheese or shellfish!"

The Domaine Rougeot is a family-run vineyard run by Marc Rougeot and his son Pierre-Henri. They operate nearly 13 hectares of this incredible traditional Mersault estate. The wines are produced in the villages of Mersault, Monthélie, St Romain, Pommard and Volnay.
Joint hard work in the vineyard, certified Organic as of the 2020 vintage, and increasingly careful winemaking techniques allow the wines to fully reveal the expression of the terroir!
Since October 2020, the estate is now practicing biodynamics and will thus enter the process starting with the 2021 vintage.
