The opinion of Vignapart : "Cahors Titou from Domaine Capelanel is a pure fruit juice characterized by its freshness and delicacy. Aged in concrete vats, it brings out the minerality of its siderolithic terroir to the best of its ability."

With its 14 hectares of Malbec vines planted at an altitude of 300m on a siderolithic terroir of the Causses de Fages, the Domaine de Capelanel is a family estate created in 1878. Sébastien Dauliac, who took over the reins of the estate in 2002, is the 5th generation at the head of the vineyard. Sensitive to the environment and eager to make the most of the potential of his terroir, he converts his vines entirely to organic and favors Burgundian vinification for his Cahors in order to bring out their finesse more than their power..
