Food pairing : For four generations, the Thévenet family has been established in Villié-Morgon, in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards. The last of the generation, Charly Thévenet, vinifies under his name a cuvée in the Régnié appellation, named Grain et Grani. Even without certification, a totally organic work has been carried out for a long time both in the vineyard and in the cellar on all their appellations.
