The Domaine de La Fouquette is located on the bottom of Massif des Maures. Isabelle and Jean-Pierre Daziano are very passionate winemakers committed to respect the “terroir” and the environment. The vines are cut short in a green harvest at the early summer to limit production to 40hl/hectares. The property also proposes a Guest house. Red wines are handpicked and aged 12 months in barrels after a long maceration of 5 weeks. Powerful and generous, they offer a good aging potential. The rosés wines have good freshness with exotic and citrus notes.
