The Château d'Estoublon is an estate located in the heart of Provence, leaning against the southern slope of the Alpilles.
With its Roman heritage, since 1489 it has perpetuated the tradition of olive oils and exceptional wines.
The 18-hectare vineyard, conducted using organic farming, brings together various grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussane and Marsanne.
Surrounded by 120 hectares of olive groves, the estate benefits from an atypical terroir made up of limestone, clay and sandy-loam gravel. A new modern cellar is in preparation to create expressive white, red and rosé wines.
