Domaine Foulaquier is located north of the Pic saint-Loup appellation, where it has the advantage of a beautifully cool climate. The vineyard has been biodynamically managed since 2006 with the aim of creating the most authentic wines possible. The grapes are harvested by hand in 20kg boxes in order to obtain a healthy grape and avoid oenological products. Gravity is used to fill the tanks. The macerations are long and the ageing follows the principles of biodynamics in different wooden parts (barrel, half-muids...), and even sandstone amphorae!
Domaine Foulaquier undoubtedly produces the best wines of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, in an authentic, gourmet and fruity style.
