The Pero Longo estate is a Corsican biodynamic estate since 2000. The quality of the harvested grapes is more important than the yields. Indeed, respect for the terroir and nature is one of the key values of the estate. The vines are cultivated without the use of fertilizers or pesticides in order to let the terroir express itself at its best. The estate is rich in several red, white and even rosé vintages with the use of Corsican grape varieties."
