Le Clos d'Anhel is a domain located on the lands of Corbières in Occitania since 2000. Directed by Sophie Giraudon, who has the particularity of being a winegrower for zero generations, this vineyard was from the very beginning in organic agriculture so that this terroir is enlivened by the life of the fauna and flora to produce wines with unique tastes.
Located on a clayey-limestone plateau at 200m altitude, Sophie's philosophy is to commit herself to quality, know-how and sincerity to produce an organic wine with a unique taste. For this purpose, the vineyard was surrounded by 200 trees in which nesting boxes were installed to bring life around the vines. With this choice, the aim is to bring more depth, complexity, personality and balance to the wine.
