Domaine Philippe Goulley (or Jean Goulley & fils) was founded by the Tremblay family in the 1950s. It extends over several hectares < strong>Chablisin Burgundy. Philippe Goulley played a pioneering role in converting his estate to organic farming in 1991, making it the first organic estate in Chablis. In 2022, his daughter Maud took over as general manager of the estate. The vines benefit from living soils, and vinification is mainly done in stainless steel vats for fresh and incisive wines, but certain Chablis Premier Crus and Chablis Village are aged in old Burgundian barrels, providing greater complexity. The wines are made with indigenous yeasts and are suitable for vegans, without animal products.
