- South West - Cahors - Red - 75cl

- Appearance : intense red with violet reflections
- Nose : notes of black fruit (cherries, blackcurrant, violet) and undergrowth
- Palate : velvety red with a nice mastery of tannins. Long and supple finish with menthol and liquorice notes
The opinion of VIGNAPART : " Calcaire cuvée from Château les Croisille is a typical Malbec cuvée with its aromas of black fruits and violets accompanied by woody notes which develop more and more over the years. The long finish envelops the palate and makes this cuvée a perfect accompaniment to meats such as black pudding."

When Bernard and Cécile Croisille arrived in Gages in 1979, they had no experience in viticulture but were both in love with the land and decided to embark on a real adventure around this passion. Starting from nothing, they succeed over the years in reviving 7 hectares of vines. They also discover and experiment with winemaking and maturing techniques, on the premises of a neighboring farm with which they are associated. After years of hard work and passion, the Croisille family can now afford to boast of their wines with a unique taste and perfectly studied.
