Vinification : Manual harvest in crates. The berries are then sorted to select only the ripest ones. This is followed by cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation in vats and malolactic fermentation in barrels. The wine is then aged for 18 months in exceptional barrels selected from the best coopers.
Vines : Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Cabernet Franc 15%
