The opinion of VIGNAPART: "The Graves wine from Château de Mauves seduces from the first nose with its explosion of stewed fruits, revealing remarkable finesse accompanied by nuances of sweet spices. On the palate, its complex and silky attack reveals tannins perfectly blended, harmonious, and a subtle combination of vanilla and cocoa. With exceptional length, this warm and powerful wine offers a balanced and structured palate."

Food pairing : The Château de Mauves, managed with passion by Dominique and Michel Bouche, inherits a wine tradition started in 1965 by their parents.
On its 28 hectares located in the Graves, the varied soil, composed of pebbles with shades of quartz and quartzites, jasper, flint and Lydian, ideally reflects the solar radiation. The Merlot, Cabernet and Sémillon grape varieties benefit from a gentle natural ripening, contributing to warm and velvety wines, emblematic of Château de Mauves.
Winemaking, closely monitored, incorporates modern thermoregulation techniques. By adopting integrated cultivation, the Château promotes the health of the vineyard by integrating animal and microbial life, using organic products. The environmentally friendly approach of this estate, certified High Environmental Value, demonstrates the estate's commitment to biodiversity, phytosanitary, and sustainable management.
