The Château de Mauves, managed with passion by Dominique and Michel Bouche, inherits a wine tradition started in 1965 by their parents.
On its 28 hectares located in the Graves, the varied soil, composed of pebbles with shades of quartz and quartzites, jasper, flint and Lydian, ideally reflects the solar radiation. The Merlot, Cabernet and Sémillon grape varieties benefit from a gentle natural ripening, contributing to warm and velvety wines, emblematic of Château de Mauves.
Winemaking, closely monitored, incorporates modern thermoregulation techniques. By adopting integrated cultivation, the Château promotes the health of the vineyard by integrating animal and microbial life, using organic products.
