- Burgundy - White - 75cl

- Appearance : gold, shiny silver reflections
- Nose : fresh and precise, lemony and mineral notes
- Palate : supple and delicate material, great mineral tension
The opinion of VIGNAPART : "The white Burgundy of Jean-Marc Brocard offers a fresh and precise nose, revealing lemony and mineral notes which capture the essence of its unique Kimmeridgian terroir. On the palate, this wine seduces with its refreshing flavors of citrus fruit, while its supple and delicate material is balanced by a distinctive mineral tension."

Since its creation, the Jean-Marc Brocard estate has been committed to promoting a healthier and more environmentally friendly wine culture since its beginnings. In 1997, he took a significant step forward by converting an 11 hectare plot in Chablis to organic farming and biodynamics. This first step allowed the field to develop a deep understanding of these working philosophies through careful observation and constant reflection.
Today, the estate claims certification in Organic Agriculture for 60 hectares of its land and in Biodynamic for 40 hectares. This substantial conversion makes it one of the pioneers of organic wine production in Chablis and Burgundy. This demonstrates Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard's resolute commitment to environmental sustainability and the production of high-quality wines, while respecting the principles of organic farming and biodynamics.
