- Burgundy - Pommard - Red - 75cl
- Appearance : ruby red
- Nose : complex and deep, fruity, spicy, lardy
- Palate : smooth, powerful and vanilla structure
The opinion of VIGNAPART :"The Pommard Clos des Roses from Domaine Rougeot reveals powerful and spicy notes characteristic of this renowned village. With delicate angles and a vanilla structure, this wine reveals on the nose a complex mixture of smoked bacon, leaves tobacco, sandalwood and musk, accompanied by rich dark fruit. A suave and complex wine of immense depth."

The Domaine Rougeot is a family-run vineyard run by Marc Rougeot and his son Pierre-Henri. They operate nearly 13 hectares of this incredible traditional Mersault estate. The wines are produced in the villages of Mersault, Monthélie, St Romain, Pommard and Volnay.
Joint hard work in the vineyard, certified Organic as of the 2020 vintage, and increasingly careful winemaking techniques allow the wines to fully reveal the expression of the terroir!
Since October 2020, the estate is now practicing biodynamics and will thus enter the process starting with the 2021 vintage.
