The Domaine Le Mirabeau owns four parcels of vines on 6 hectares of the AOP Cru Vinsobres appellation, exposed full south. The soils, both stony and clayey allow obtaining fruity, round and fleshy wines.
Marie-Catherine, Philippe Wallon and their children cultivate this family vineyard. They limit the production, having a rather low yield of 30hl/ha. The grapes are sorted at the vineyard and at the winery. The vineyard is certified AB since 2010.
The wine ageing in oak barrils last 18 months in cellars from the 15th and 18th centuries that are located in Mirabel aux Baronnies. They offer the wines a great place to refining and ageing.
