The Château de Belaygues is a property acquired by Guillaume Veyrac in 2001 under the proud and protective gaze of his father Francis, a farmer from Aveyron. His key words? Listening, looking and understanding his terroir, of which he leads the 13 hectares of vines in Organic Farming. In 2011, his wife Séverine joined the estate as a partner and then became co-manager in 2021. This property then became a family affair.
