Awards : The le Père Jules estate is a producer of cider, perry, Normandy pommeau, apple juice and calvados in the Pays d'Auge appellation since 1919. Indeed, the estate was created in 1919 by Jules Desfrièches but it is his son Léon who from 1949 develops the estate and launches the production of Calvados. More than 60 varieties of apples are cultivated in the domain and they all enter in the assembly of apples, calvados and ciders. The production is artisanal, with filtration, 2 distilleries in copper stills and aging in oak casks.
