The Dauny vineyard is a family farm of 17 hectares of vineyards planted with sauvignon and pinot noir. The vines are free of all chemicals to fight against the diseases of the vine. Copper (Bouillie Bordelaise) is used to fight against mildew and sulphur against powdery mildew. In order to strengthen the immunity of the plant from the contributions of horsetail manure and nettle and seaweed juice allow to bring many trace elements. Finally, to destroy the weeds, shallow tillage and binages are carried out several times a year. The vineyard has been working in organic farming since 1964.
