The opinion of Vignapart : "Saint-Estephe is a supple and sunny wine with fine and elegant tannins that allows it to provide a certain delicacy during tasting. This wine will be the perfect accompaniment to your game dishes."

Château de Côme has a vineyard which was created in 1840 and which was famous for its appearances in the Guide Féret and the Bordeaux Bible in 1886 as "Cru Bourgeois Supérieur". It belonged to the de Saint-Estèphe family before being bought in 1997 by Baron Velge. At that time, the terroir was only 2 hectares and the label had disappeared because the vines had been allocated to another château. But very quickly, the vineyard plot grew to 7 hectares and offered a quality terroir.
Located on clay-limestone soils, the vines produce silky and fruity wines with mellow and balanced tannins that can also be explained by the fact that 50% of the vines are Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.
This estate therefore makes it possible to produce vintages that can be distinguished, the years 2005, 2009 and 2010 are more fleshy and sapid while the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 are more delicate.
