The Domaine Ninot is a family estate in organic conversion since 2017. The estate covers 10 ha of vineyards, more than a third of which are Premier Cru. It is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes. The grapes are harvested manually in the respect of the soils and the vines! Rich of 8 cuvées, the domain diversifies with whites from Chardonnay and reds from Pinot Noir, the two great grape varieties of Burgundy!
