- Rhône - Lirac - Red - 75cl
- Appearence : deep red with purple reflections
- Nose : expressive, aromas of black fruits and spices
- Palate : frank attack, beautiful complexity on ripe red fruits, spices and smoky notes
The opinion of Vignapart : "The Lirac Château de la Génestière is an elegant wine which seduces with its expressive nose with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, a frank attack precedes a complex tasting, highlighting red fruits ripe, spices and smoky notes. This wine offers concentration with finesse, with a seductive bouquet of black fruits and spices."

Following the decline of sericulture, the estate's wine history began in 1930. Indeed, from the 16th century onwards, the estate was a silk mill, where silk was woven. In the 18th century, this activity employed 15,000 people in Avignon, France being the world's leading silk producer during this period.
In 1994, Jean-Claude and Raphaël Garcin acquired the estate, whose reputation was already considerable in France and abroad. Then, through hard work, perseverance and know-how, the Domaine Saint-Anthelme, Les Ramières and Longval joined Domaine La Genestière.
In 2015, the estate was bought by Christian Latouche, whose aim was to promote the heritage of Château La Genestière.
The Domaine is composed of 3 exceptional terroirs, the lauzes terroir, the sand and gravel terroir and the pebble terroir. These three terroirs form the aromatic partition of this exceptional vintage.
