- Appearance : light yellow
- Nose : white flesh fruits
- Palate : freshness, fruitiness, well-balance
The opinion of Vignapart : "Domaine Valambelle's "Faugères Blanc" is a white wine dominated by gourmet notes of white fruits and apricots. Fresh and fruity, it is best enjoyed young on the fruit. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood dishes. "

Domaine Valambelle, run by the Abbal family for nearly 30 years, is located in the middle of nature with Mediterranean vegetation in the commune of Laurens in the Faugères appellation. The 23 hectares are planted with Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Cinsault.
Its schistose soil, very typical of the region, rests on steep and sunny slopes. Low yields, the soil preserved by organic farming, manual harvesting and the care taken in the cellar give concentrated organic wines with spicy and garrigue scents.
