Award : 
La Tour Penedesses, located in Gabian, was taken over by Alexandre Fouque in 2000, oenologist. Its vineyards cover 40 hectares of Roquessels, Laurens, Roujan and Fouzilhon. It is divided into plots following the vine, the vine age, size, tying and géopédologique nature of the soil. Yields range from 15hl/ha to 45hl / ha depending on soil type. A micro-organic analysis takes place every two years in order to better adjust the quantities of compost needed.
Manual harvesting in boxes of 50 kg and sorting provide quality grapes for winemaking. The organic wines are soft and fruity with matter where you find full expression of terroir. A nice range of wines with great personality !
