Description

Champagne Fleury is a family winery since 4 generations situated in Southern Champagne in the Coast of the Bar, in the South of the Valley of the Seine, around the village Courteron. Emile Fleury established the wine estate in 1895 after the crisis of the phylloxera and it is Jean-Sébastien Fleury today who assures the conduct of the property.

This winery is the precursor of the Biodynamy of the Champagne vineyards. From 1970, it begins its conversion. It has 3 labels Bio: ECOCERT, DEMETER and BIODYVIN. The 15 ha of vineyards are grown on argilo-calcareous hillsides, with 85 % of pinot noir, 10 % of chardonnay, 3 % of pinot blanc and 2 % of pinot gris.

The range is today rich in 8 vintages. From the classic vintage "Blanc de Noirs” (white wine produced from black grapes), pure tradition Fleury since 1955, to the vintage Sonatas N°9 produced with their own yeast and without sulphur, you will discover champagnes of winemaker with fine bubbles very appreciated by guides.
