Description

The AR Lenoble Champagne House was founded in 1915 by Armand-Raphaël Graser. Currently run by his grandchildren, brother and sister François and Anne Malassagne, the vineyard itself operates proportionally, over 18 hectares, vines of pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. The vineyard benefits from exceptional terroirs, ideally located in Chouilly, a Grand Cru classified village on the Côte des Blancs and in Bisseuil, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims.

AR Lenoble's champagnes have the particularity of being partially produced in wood and with very little dosage. Some of the reserve wines used in their production are aged in magnums for four to five years before being added to the last harvest for final bottling. This method is particularly relevant in a context of global warming, a new challenge for Champagne.
