- Champagne - Sparkling - 75cl

- Appearance : white gold, fine bubbles
- Nose : floral notes, elderberry, violet
- Palate : beautiful liveliness, balance, mineral bitterness on the finish
The opinion of Vignapart : "Clarevallis is a certified organic champagne which offers floral notes. On the palate, the bubbles are very fine, the champagne is perfectly balanced between freshness and minerality. Ideal for an aperitif."

The Maison de Champagne Drappier is a family-run champagne business located in the village of Urville, in the Champagne wine region of France. Founded in 1808, the Drappier house is currently managed by Michel Drappier, the sixth generation of the Drappier family.
The particularity of the Drappier champagne house is its use of the Pinot Noir grape variety in the majority of its cuvées. This variety offers fruity wines rich in aromas that blend perfectly with the toasted and woody notes brought by the process of fermentation in oak barrels that the Drappier house uses.
Drappier is also committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, using organic growing techniques and limiting the use of chemicals in its vineyards.
