The opinion of Vignapart : "The Chablis of Domaine la Meulière is a light, mineral white wine that becomes more complex over time."

The Domaine of La Meulière was born in 1779 in the commune of Felys located 4km from Chablis. The 25 hectares of vines stretch over one of the Kimmeridgian clay-limestones where the Chardonnay grape gives the wine minerality, power, floral and fruity aromas. The harvest is carried out manually on the 34 parcels that make up the winery.
It practices sustainable culture through the development of agro-ecology by preserving existing resources, mitigating the impact of climate change, seeking alternative solutions and adapting their knowledge in soil science, soil biology, plant physiology and ecology.
