The K-Pot 2013 cuvée from Clos Troteligotte is an organic wine from a micro-plot selection of Malbec.
Winemaking technique: cold maceration between 10 and 12 ° C for 5 days, indigenous yeasts, extraction by manual punching for 10 days, long maceration for 4-5 weeks in concrete tank and aging on lees for 12 months. Wine without sulfur.

Clos Troteligotte is a family vineyard since 1987 located at land in altitude with a calcareous-clay-siderolithic soil - a red clay soil composed of limestone and is rich in iron - atypical on the denomination of Cahors. Christian and Emmanuel Rybinsk run this vineyard of 12 hectares that produces Malbec (90%) and Merlot (10%).
Respect for the land has always been a priority. They committed to respectful farming in 2001 by joining the network FARRE and they are certified in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) since 2011. Over the years the family Rybinsk conducted a plot selection based on the rich iron soil that is found in their choice of wines. This unique “terroir” for the Cahors appellation produces outstanding wines with original tags!
