Azienda Agricola Fratelli Collavo is the product of the collaboration of three brothers, Massimo, Marco and Mauro who decided to continue the business created by their father Cesare in the 1960s. The farm covers an area of approximately 8 hectares, of which almost 5 hectares are grown in vines, one in cereals and the rest in permanent pasture and wood. The vineyard has set itself the goal of an organic farming approach that is as sustainable as possible, in keeping with the environment surrounding their property and the plant species that inhabit it.
