- Bordeaux - Vin de France - Red - 75cl

- Appearance : dark red
- Nose : fruity notes of black cherries and plums
- Palate : supple and easy-drinking wine, velvety tannins, notes of black fruits and cocoa
The opinion of VIGNAPART: "The Canon de la Goulue seduces with its rich aromas of black fruits and a round attack which offers a supple and drinkable wine. The firm tannins give a solid structure. The notes of black cherry and plum are complemented with a delicate touch of cocoa thanks to the Merlot. The long finish reveals all the richness of the very ripe grape."

The Château Frédignac, located in the Blaye region, is a vineyard operated for four generations. Its story begins in 1919 when Jean-Marie L'AMOULLER, a Breton sailor who fell in love with the region, bought land in Saint-Martin-Lacaussade, notably at a place called Frédignac. Initially focused on mixed farming, the operation gradually focused on viticulture, with vines planted on the clay-limestone hillsides of the Gironde. The vines from the old Château Saugeron have improved the quality of production.
In 1984, Michel L'AMOULLER launched the first vintage of Château Frédignac in the 1ères Côtes de Blaye appellation, thus marking its evolution. In 2012, Vincent and Ludivine took over the farm, graduated in environmental sciences, and converted the estate into organic agriculture in 2010. They are committed to respecting the earth and producing authentic wines, promoting biodiversity and using environmentally friendly practices, including the abandonment of chemical weedkillers since 2009 and the cultivation of green manure between the rows of vines. Château Frédignac is today renowned for its AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux wines, embodying authenticity and respect for nature.
