Food pairing : Domaine Louis Chenu, is a family vineyard from father to daughter. It is located in Savigny-les-Beaune and produces an excellent Burgundy wine. The very first plots of land were bought by Louis Chenu in 1914, and for 5 generations have been growing these vines. Their vines are all located in the commune of Savigny-les-Beaune. The estate produces mainly Savigny-les-Beaune Premiers Crus, but also a rare wine, a Savigny-les-Beaune Village white. The harvest is done exclusively by hand and the fermentation is natural.
