Food pairing : In 2007, Frédéric Sigonneau founded his estate on the remains of the family domain in Cravant les Coteaux. In 2015, he returned to the original 8 hectares of the estate, which were just waiting to be awakened. Cabernet Franc, the emblematic red grape variety of the Loire, makes up the entire vineyard of the R in the heart of the Chinon appellation. At harvest time, the grapes are harvested by hand and the fruit is transported in crates. In 2015, he began experimenting with the white grape, which will give birth to its first juices in 2018.
