The opinon of Vignapart : "Pascal Lejeune raw rosé champagne is an acidulous and fruity cuvée that is refreshing on the palate, perfect to accompany your fish dishes or even your fruit-based desserts"

Pascal Lejeune is a family business created by Edmond, Sandrine's great-grandfather, who was born in the 19th century in Moussy near Épernay. During this period the Champagne vineyard is not yet recognized but Edmond will actively participate in the establishment of the village cooperative.
In the 1950s, his son André launched the business and marketed the first vintages. In 1976, the sale of champagne developed and the first bottles were marketed under the name Champagne Leguay Charlot.
In 1995, Sandrine and Pascal took over the estate to give a boost to the 4.40 hectare vineyards under sustainable cultivation.
