The Château Lynch-Bages is a wine estate located in Pauillac in the Gironde. It covers 90 hectares and produces wines under the AOC Pauillac appellation. It is classified as the 5th Grand Cru in the official classification of wines of 1855. It has belonged to the Cazes family since 1934. The terroir has homogeneous soils, essentially made up of Garonne gravel from the Günz. The grape varieties present are Cabernet Sauvignon (73%), Merlot (15%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petit Verdot (2%).
