Domaine Foulaquier is located to the north of the Pic saint-Loup appellation, where it has the advantage of benefiting from a beautiful climatic freshness. The vineyard has been conducted in biodynamics since 2006 in a spirit of creating the most authentic wines possible. The harvests are made manually in 20kg cassette in order to obtain a healthy grape and to avoid oenological products. Severity is used to fill the tanks. Macerations are long and breeding follows the principles of biodynamics in different.
Domaine Foulaquier undoubtedly produces the best wines of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, in an authentic, gourmet and full of fruit style.
