- Côtes de Provence - Rosé - 75cl
- Appearance : pale pink
- Nose : fine nose of fresh fruit and floral nuances
- Palate : crisp attack on lively fruit aromas and hint of acidity, good balance
The opinion of Vignapart : " The Nouvelle Vague Rosée vintage from HECHT & BANNIER is an organic rosé wine typical of Provence with a clear robe, freshness, balance between notes of fresh fruit and acidity."
Hecht et Bannier is the first trading and aging house dedicated to wines from the south of France, Languedoc and Roussillon in the lead. Created in 2002 by Gregory Hecht and François Bannier, it has been expanding recently in Provence, in the Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations. Each year, Hecht and Bannier visit over a hundred producers from each appellation, to select only the best wines. The wines most often come from the freshest vineyards where it is not uncommon to find vines aged over a hundred years.
