- Burgundy - Gevrey-Chambertin - Red - 75cl

- Appearance : carmine, it’s intense
- Nose : complex, wild black fruit, blackcurrant
- Palate : structured, dense tannins, complexity and aromatic persistence
The opinion of Vignapart :"This Gevrey-Chambertin presents the typicity of the appellation with a structure with marked tannins, dense and persistent. Evolution suggests a bouquet of complex aromas that will evolve over time."

Vincent Legou, based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, has recently taken over the vineyard of his father, Jacky Legou. Mindful of his vineyard and aware of the need to preserve the environment around us, Vincent Legou decided to turn to organic and biodynamic farming. This new approach brings to its wines a greater freshness and even more authentic expression of the terroir.
By making a commitment in the conservation of the ground of his vineyard and preserving biodiversity, Vincent also allowed his wines to be even more qualitative. Working both in Côte de Beaune and in Côte de Nuits, he brought a new impetus to the appellations of Burgundy recognized around the world.
