Description

Champagne Pascal Lejeune is a brand created in 1995 under the impetus of Pascal and Sandrine, who come from a long line of Champagne winegrowers. Soon, the couple began a dynamic of environmentally friendly cultivation. They are among the first champenois to plant selected species of herbs in the rows of vines. Manual work from pruning to trellising shows the benefits of all this care for our vines: maintaining biodiversity, protecting the soil, limiting erosion, developing roots...

The family house is certified "Sustainable viticulture in Champagne" and "High Environmental Value". The use of plant protection products is reduced to a strict minimum when conditions are too difficult.

The champagnes produced are generous and authentic, with Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the main grape varieties.
