The Domaine de Fenouillet is a vineyard of 30 hectares located in the Rhone Valley in Beaumes de Venise. The history of this family vineyard begins in 1902 with the great-grandfather, Casimir, who was the first winemaker in the Rhone Valley to vinify and to be rewarded for his wines. He vineyard is now run by Patrick and Vincent Soard who revived the production in 1988. The vineyard benefits from the multiplicity of “terroirs” with a vineyard of 7 neighboring boroughs in Beaumes de Venise.
The designations are: Côtes du Rhône, Beaumes de Venise Rouge, Ventoux and Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. The quality of its “terroir”, now conducted in organic farming (AB), and the constancy of the quality of wines make the reputation of this vineyard.
